Caprice Fox
Caprice Fox (she/her) is our Services Lead and has been with Black Mothers Matter since the organisation was founded. She is deeply values-driven and approaches every aspect of her work through an anti-racist and equity-focused lens.
Before joining Black Mothers Matter, Caprice was a primary school educator in Bristol, where she developed a passion for creating inclusive learning environments and advocating for children and families. She now leads our education and training offer, drawing on her wealth of experience to support organisations and professionals to build more equitable, inclusive and culturally responsive services.
Caprice is passionate about empowering underrepresented communities and creating opportunities for people who have historically not seen themselves reflected in the workplace. She works alongside staff, leaders and organisations to create genuinely diverse and inclusive cultures, challenging inequity and supporting others to embed anti-racist practice into their everyday work.
