You have been nominated to receive one of our pregnancy gift hampers.

• These were put together to support Black people during pregnancy. If you have recently given birth you may still find the contents useful.

• We will try our best to fulfil all requests but you will receive confirmation if your nomination has been successful via email.

• If you do receive a gift hamper we will need your feedback, this is part of our ongoing evaluation which is a requirement for the funding of this project. This will likely be in the form of a 2 minute online questionnaire.
